In order to further deepen the teaching reform, fully grasp the teaching and education situation of teachers, and effectively improve the quality of teaching and education, in mid-June, the Junior High School Department of the east campus carried out a special survey on teachers' teaching and education. Through online questionnaires, they accurately diagnosed the current situation of teaching and education, providing strong support for optimizing teaching management and reinforcing teachers' teaching skills.
To be concrete, this survey focused on aspects such as classroom management, classroom organization, teaching methods, assignment distribution and grading. In the meantime, the questionnaire questions were reasonably designed. Also, the feedback results showcased that teachers made innovations in teaching methods, and class teaching was solid and stable, thus gaining recognition. More remarkably, during the research, some issues that can be optimized and adjusted were also identified.
Furthermore, in the later stage, Anqing Foreign Language School will hold relevant meetings to analyze and feedback the investigation results to each teaching research group, providing a basis for improvement for the subsequent teaching and education.
To summarize, this teacher education survey is a routine task of Anqing Foreign Language School, aiming to encourage teachers to improve their teaching methods, focus on students, enhance classroom teaching efficiency, lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality talents, and contribute to the further improvement and advancement of Anqing Foreign Language School's education quality to a new level.
